You inscribe a glyph on a surface or within an object that can be closed. The glyph can cover an area <=10' in diameter. The glyph requires a successful Wisdom (Perception) check against your spell save DC to notice. When you inscribe the glyph, you set its trigger and choose an effect. Once triggered, the glyph fills a 60' radius Sphere with Dim Light for 10 min. Each creature in the Sphere is targeted, as is a creature that enters the Sphere for the 1st time on a turn or ends its turn there. A creature is targeted only 1x per turn.
Death. Con save. Fail: 10d10 Necrotic dmg. Success: 1/2 dmg.
Discord. Wis save. Fail: target argues with others for 1 min. During this time, it's incapable of meaningful communication, has Disadv on att rolls and abil checks.
Fear. Wis save. Fail: Frightened for 1 min.
Pain. Con save. Fail: Incapacitated for 1 min.
Sleep. Wis save. Fail: Unconscious for 10 min. Creature awakens if it takes dmg or if shaken awake by an action.
Stunning. Wis save. Fail: Stunned for 1 min.
