An immobile, Invisible, Cube-shaped prison of force forms around an area you choose within range (you choose a cage or solid box). The cage be up to 20' on a side and is made from 1/2" diameter bars spaced 1/2" apart. A box can be up to 10' on a side, preventing any matter from passing through and blocking any spells cast into or out of it.
When you cast the spell, any creature that is completely inside the cage's area is trapped. Other creatures are pushed away until they are completely outside.
A creature inside the cage can't leave it by nonmagical means. If the creature tries to use teleportation or interplanar travel to leave, it must first make a Cha save. On success, the creature can use that magic to exit the cage. On fail, the spell fails. The cage blocks ethereal travel, and can't be dispelled by Dispel Magic.
