These functions of the wand do not require charges. As an action, you can expend 1 of its charges to create daylight, which is centered on the wand and moves with it. If you expend 2 of its charges, you can cause the daylight to appear anywhere within 60 feet. As an action, you can expend 4 of the wand’s charges to create a sunbeam (save DC 15). This functions like the spell but does not require concentration and creates only a single beam of radiance. The wand regains 1d6+1 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the wand’s last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the wand disintegrates into tiny glowing golden motes and is destroyed.
